I need assistance with understanding the two different log in credentials for my personal and business OneDrive accounts and cannot seem to get an agent on the phone without having a ticket submitted online. This process is inefficient and frustrating to get assistance on issues that have been addressed for 2 weeks now and left unresolved.

I can't open my OneDrive. Probably it is always disconcerting.

What can I do?

locked out of account. Authenticator code gives me 8 digit code.

Log in requires 6 digit code. Nobody at Microsoft answers phones except sales department. Called them (305-418-****), asked to transfer to Data Protection team. On hold...waiting.

who knows if they will ever answer the phone. next step is to cancel account and sign up with Google OneDrive I guess since Microsoft doesn't seem to care about servicing customers.

It's not letting send off documents no matter what you do. Can you please cancel one drive Personnel account?don't associate onedrive without permission.

When I try to access my business account I am being asked for a code from Authentificator App.

But in the Authentificator App there is no connection to my business account and to do that I am asked again for a code from the Authentificator app!

Needless to say, my data is no longer synced.

They refer to a website which i have been using for 3 weeks to try to resolve the problem. I want a refund

Tried multiple times to unfreeze

Its currently frozen I am unable to unfrèze it

I need to speak with someone to resolve the issue. Uptil now Ive been pushed to online help only which is way too complicated to crack. Hope they can add online customer support to the program and make life easy for users.

Onedrive associated from local drive caused issues. I'd like to cancel account and get refund please.

I am very unhappy with the service or lack thereof. Microsoft chat is unavailable by phone and the chat box just tell you to look it up yourself or read tons of information. After you are done reading, you could actually become a customer service tech.

I pay a monthly subscription to onedrive, I have a new phone and it won't let me access onedrive even though it's been installed. It keeps saying connect to the Internet.

And I have. I have no other problems with any other aps on my new phone

Online instructions to remove OneDrive from my computer didn't work. I'm in need of a live agent to walk me through the process.

Cannot remove OneDrive documents from the OneDrive cloud and need help. There is no way to get a call with Microsoft tech support.

Microsoft has made it extremely difficult to receive any form of assistance. I have called at least three times and am unable to receive any form of help.
