I find Microsoft to be a complicatedsetup and have difficulty logging in or receiving support as a single home user. My login is repeatedly rejected. Make it easier for home users to navigate Microsoft.

Problems with an unrecognized payment
- - Upgraded to the 1T plan and agreed to stop the old plan, but it was charged anyway.

A payment was made to my Microsoft account. I upgraded to the 1T plan, and I agreed to stop paying the old plan I had, but the old plan was charged to my card, and also the new one. So, I literally paid for both of them, even though I had already paid for the upgraded one.

DELETED ENTIRE PHOTO FOLDER
- - Downloaded 400 photos to computer and OneDrive.
- - Uploading needed a storage upgrade.
- - Changed setting to keep files on computer; files were deleted.
Downloaded entire folder of 400 photos to computer and Microsoft OneDrive. Proceeded to attempt to upload them.
Told me I have to upgrade my storage plan to accommodate file size. Went back to my OneDrive settings and selected 'Keep files on computer.' Now they're deleted and for some nebulous reason... Thanks, jerks.
Never came across a more hostile storage app in my 40 years of using computers. There was no warning or caution of any form.

But the others are not business; I don't think. I just want my pics and videos from OneDrive, so I need to find out what I owe.
Make sure they know you are or are not a developer. This phone came in developer mode.

I bought the new home and office supposed to come with 1TB of OneDrive. However, I am being locked out of everything because Microsoft is giving an error message: I have used my capacity 5GB!!!
There are no humans to talk to at Microsoft and zero help or accountability.
I do not recommend anything to do with Microsoft after this experience. Avoid.

April 7 still cant get info, can't keep spending 6hrs a day on phone with dark web n hacking issues n losing my pics and can't pay for additional storage if don't know what email to use and email they have on dark web, then Samsung email changed n Microsoft gives me some message I can't have 2 accts, I don't n why need a human
I can't upgrade storage until a human helps me. Do you have me under multiple emails? No idea, but because above on dark web and phone hacked everything had to be changed. I tried a month ago to upgrade account storage, got an alert regarding something like can only have 1 email associated with Samsung.
I can't lose everything stored and will if I don't upgrade properly or use the correct email. I've had to use dark web email, and after changing password on February 14, by the 17th new password was on dark web. I need human help to keep old info like pictures but transfer to a new account. It's been a freaking nightmare with idiots at Samsung, Google, and Verizon who keep saying to call each other.
Now I get you saying to upgrade due to storage but can't upgrade because changed email, I guess. I'm not technical, and 3 years ago when I got the phone, I'm hoping the above email was used and that Google didn't do like now and brought up deliciousdesi2@***l automatically.
This is a nightmare and I don't want to lose approximately 23 years of pictures and whatever else you back up. HELP!!

One drive is not comnunicating
- - OneDrive won't open after I enter my credentials.
- - Orange drive holds all my photos; unsure if a new phone is related.
My one drive is not working, meaning, it won't open up after putting my credentials in. Forcing Google to try to charge me.
Because orange drive is the one that holds all my photos. Do you have a new phone I don't know if that.

I find your group completely useless.
You were unable to satisfy my request due to incompetence of the agent. Two things, lack of knowledge regarding a Microsoft account and the language barrier is terrible.

Trying to retrieve all my photos that were lost trying to save due to a message recieved from OneDrive to make space on the drive.

Deleted everything.
Their *** service is sync for some reason, with them deleting things even from your computer when you empty their online folder.
