I have been trying to get customer support, an actual person to help me and all numbers for support do nothing but tell you go use the web help, which is nit helpful at all!!

I needed help copying my computer to OneDrive
I need help copying my Mac computer to OneDrive and its absurd that you wanted to charge $5. I cant figure out how to do it.
I still need help with it. Please feel free to call me or email me with the help I need after I purchased this one drive.
Its absurd that one of the richest companies in the world does not answer their phones to help customers who just purchased their products.

They finally called me but the call dropped and they didn’t call back
The phone numbers do not allow you to talk to a human being. They actually hang up on you and say no we dont deal with those issues here.
what happened is my files got lost out of OneDrive. Theres no reasonable explanation for why either.

Finding it very hard to communicate with customer service to unblock my onedrive account, my account is still blocked
I actually lost my smartphone, but luckily, it was tracked and recovered. However, it was formatted.
So, when I logged into my OneDrive account, it showed it had been blocked.
I believe the criminals must have made repeated incorrect attempts by entering the wrong password. Kindly help me to unlock it; it's my email and my phone number is attached to it.

The automated responder grabbed one word in my statement and gave the wrong answer and hung up. Every time I called back it continued to repeat the same wrong answer and then hang up. So I STILL DON'T HASN'T AN ANSWER TO WHY my other device doesn't see in already paying for additional storage.

Preferred solution: The files that were uploaded and deleted by onedrive. Has not even been 20 days.

The customer service phone number is garbage. Refers to web address that doesn't work.
I did NOT get an answer to my issue. I just won't use OneDrive and won't renew my subscription.

I seem to have two accounts. One is paid, included in 365 subscription, the other is free.
I ran out of space in the free account and cannot get my documents transferred to the paid acct. I called the number, tried to get a human.
All it does is refer to a website that won't open! I cannot find help from Microsoft anywhere.
